| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Postage and packaging is charged as a flat rate of £3.95 for all mainland UK packages. We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery for small packages and Parcelforce, or local carrier, for larger items. Whilst these are not guarenteed next day services Royal Mail aims to deliver first class packages within 24 hours of posting. If you require a speedier service, a next day delivery service is available. There is a surcharge of £4 (total cost £7.95) for a next day delivery and your order must be received by us before 12 noon. Please call us on 01844 202622 to arranage a next day delivery. A signature will be required on delivery, we can deliver to an alternative address if required. Parcels to non-mainland UK destinations can be sent using Parcelforce International delivery or whichever carrier we feel is most appropriate. European postage charges are provided on a case by case basis, please contact us via e-mail for a european postage quote. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We dispatch UK orders via ParcelPost on a 48 hour sevice and Royal Mail recorded. International orders are dispatched via the most appropriate method and you will be advised of this prior to dispatch. |
| Back Orders Due to reasons announced on our website we are not able ot order in where an item has gone out of stock. If an item has gone out of stock and we have not been able to update our website before your order is placed you will receive an email informing you of the situation. If an alternative product of a similar nature is available we will offer you this or a full refund of any money paid. |

| Guarantee We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you need to return an item please refer to our returns policy. Although we will no longer be operating the online store after the 31st December 2010 our phone lines and email will still be active and the office will be manned on a part time basis. Should you need to return an item pease contact us by telephone or email in the first instance and we will advise on what action to take.
